Glasgow: Partick-Govan Riverside

For my thesis I chose to develop a design scheme for Partick-Govan riverside in theClydekorridor in Glasgow/Scotland.

After the decline of the heavy manufacturing industries and the port activities the disused riverside area today forms a barriere rigth in the middle of the city.
It requires a redefinition that takes into account the particular nature of the place, that answers to its central position in the city and that revive public interest in it.
